Long-Term Primary Teachers - Bedfordshire - Paid to scale from day 1

Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking passionate and committed primary teachers for long-term roles across Bedfordshire. We are working closely with a range of supportive schools who are looking for reliable educators to take on full-time classroom responsibilities from September 2025.

The Roles Include:

• Full-time class teaching across EYFS, KS1 or KS2

• Planning and delivering engaging, curriculum-based lessons

• Managing classroom behaviour and supporting pupil progress

• Working as part of a committed school team

What You'll Need:

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)

• Recent experience in UK primary schools

• Strong classroom management skills

• A DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
