Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Primary Teachers to teach in either KS1 and KS2 within a Primary School in Manchester. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for young learners. This Primary Teacher role requires a commitment to fostering students' academic, social, and emotional development while implementing engaging lesson plans aligned with the curriculum. This is a long term role that will start in September 2025.

Primary Teacher Duties

• Educate students in core subjects such as literacy, numeracy, and science through interactive and innovative teaching methods.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative approach to education.
• Implement behaviour management strategies to maintain a positive classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Develop and adapt lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students, ensuring all learners are engaged and supported.
• Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to help them achieve their academic goals.
• Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the overall educational experience for students.

Primary Teacher Skills

• Strong communication skills to effectively convey information and engage with students of varying abilities.
• Proficiency in behaviour management techniques to create a respectful and orderly classroom atmosphere.
• Knowledge of early childhood education principles to support the developmental needs of young learners.
• Ability to educate using diverse teaching strategies that accommodate different learning styles.
