Salary: £195 - £255 per day (dependent on experience)
Contract Type: Full-Time, Fixed Term (September 2025 - July 2026)

SANZA Teaching Agency is helping a thriving three-form entry primary school in Harrow to recruit an enthusiastic and skilled Year 3 Class Teacher for the full academic year starting September 2025.

This is a full-time teaching position working within a busy Year 3 team. Candidates with direct Year 3 teaching experience and a strong knowledge of the Year 3 curriculum will be especially welcomed.

• Lead teaching in a Year 3 classroom within a large, well-resourced three-form entry school

• Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons aligned with the Year 3 curriculum

• Collaborate closely with the Year 3 team on planning, assessment, and pupil progress

• Use a range of strategies to support all learners and promote positive behaviour

• Maintain a supportive and inclusive classroom environment

We are seeking a candidate who:

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with relevant teaching experience

• Has a good understanding of the Year 3 curriculum requirements and expectations

• Demonstrates strong classroom management and organisational skills

• Is a confident team player who contributes to collaborative planning and school life

• Shows commitment to the academic and personal development of all pupils
