We’re on the lookout for a Primary School Teacher to join our warm, inclusive, and forward-thinking team in Birmingham this September. Whether you’re an experienced educator or an Early Career Teacher (ECT) ready to take your first leap, we’ll be right there cheering you on—with coffee in hand and a spare glue stick at the ready.

• Planning and delivering creative, high-quality lessons that make learning stick (and occasionally sparkle)
• Creating a classroom where every child feels safe, supported, and excited to learn—even on a Monday morning
• Monitoring progress and giving feedback that builds both skills and self-esteem
• Supporting children with a range of needs, including those with SEND, EAL, or just a deep love of dinosaurs
• Building strong relationships with families, colleagues, and the occasional class teddy bear
• Taking part in the wider life of the school—from sports day to school plays (yes, even if you end up narrating dressed as a giant pencil)

• PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification
• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) in the UK
• Experience in a primary setting—or strong placement experience for ECTs
• A calm, confident presence with excellent classroom management
• A team player with a sense of humour and a heart for children
• Someone who knows that teaching is part planning, part patience, and part being able to find a working whiteboard pen in under 10 seconds
