Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Teacher looking to inspire young learners in a supportive and forward-thinking school? We are seeking a talented and motivated Qualified Primary Teacher to join a vibrant primary school in Kettering.

About the Role
You will:
-Teach a class of enthusiastic learners in either Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2 (year group dependent on experience and preference)
-Plan and deliver engaging, inclusive lessons in line with the national curriculum
-Assess and monitor pupils' progress and adapt teaching to meet individual needs
-Create a safe, stimulating and positive classroom environment
-Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents and support staff to raise standards and support pupil wellbeing

About You
We're looking for someone who:
-Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and has recent classroom experience
-Has a strong understanding of the primary curriculum
-Is passionate about making learning fun, engaging and accessible to all
-Demonstrates excellent behaviour management and communication skills
-Is committed to continuous professional development and school improvement
