Reed Education is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Teachers to join our supply team, working across various schools in and around the Wirral. This role offers the flexibility to work in different educational settings, providing invaluable support to schools and making a significant impact on students' learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lesson Delivery: Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons that align with the national curriculum, ensuring all students are actively involved and motivated to learn. Utilize a variety of teaching techniques to cater to different learning styles and abilities.
• Adaptability: Tailor teaching methods to accommodate the diverse needs and learning styles of students, including those with special educational needs. Be prepared to modify lesson plans and activities to ensure inclusivity and accessibility for all students.
• Classroom Management: Maintain a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment that fosters respect and encourages students to achieve their best. Implement effective behavior management strategies to promote a safe and orderly learning environment.
• Assessment: Regularly assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support to help students improve and succeed. Use formative and summative assessment methods to track student achievements and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaboration: Work closely with school staff, including teaching assistants and other teachers, to ensure a cohesive and supportive educational experience for students. Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of school policies and practices.
• Communication: Establish strong communication channels with parents and guardians, keeping them informed about their child's progress and any concerns that may arise. Foster positive relationships with families to support student learning and well-being.
• Flexibility: Be prepared to teach across different year groups and subjects as required, demonstrating versatility and a willingness to adapt to various school environments. Embrace the opportunity to work in different schools and gain diverse teaching experiences.

Requirements:

• Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience: Proven experience teaching in primary schools, with a strong understanding of the national curriculum. Experience working with children of varying abilities and backgrounds is highly desirable.
• Skills: Excellent classroom management skills, with the ability to create a positive and productive learning environment. Strong organizational skills to plan and deliver effective lessons.
• Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with students, staff, and parents. Ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
