Academics are recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to work in primary schools in Maidstone and the surrounding areas. In this role, you will support teachers in the classroom, assist with lesson preparation, and provide one-on-one support to pupils when required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons
• Help with lesson planning and classroom preparation.
• Provide tailored support to students
• Foster an inclusive and supportive classroom environment, ensuring all students reach their full potential.

Successful Candidates Will:

• Have experience working in EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
• Be a team player, working well with colleagues and supporting pupils.
• Be adaptable and flexible, with the ability to respond to different classroom situations.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and a passion for working with children.
