Salary: £90 - £100 per day
Contract Type: Full-time, Term-Time Only, Temp to Perm opportunities available

Are you passionate about supporting children's learning and development? Do you have the enthusiasm and dedication to make a real difference in the classroom? We're looking for a caring and committed Primary Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Northampton, with a specific focus on supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a mainstream classroom setting.

About the Role
As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will:
-Support pupils with a range of SEN needs (e.g. autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties) within the mainstream classroom
-Work closely with class teachers and the school's SENCO to implement personalised support plans
-Provide 1:1 and small group interventions tailored to individual learning needs
-Help create a positive, inclusive and nurturing learning environment for all children
-Assist with classroom preparation, learning materials, and behaviour strategies

About You
We'd love to hear from you if you:
-Have experience working with children with SEN (in school or other settings)
-Hold a relevant qualification (e.g. Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant Certificate)
-Are patient, adaptable, and passionate about inclusive education
-Have excellent communication and teamwork skills
-Are committed to helping every child reach their full potential
