Your Role Will Involve:

• Collaborating with experienced teaching staff in primary or specialist schools across High Wycombe
• Providing tailored support to students with additional needs, including autism, ADHD, and SEMH
• Supporting learning and development in one-on-one and small group settings
• Promoting positive behaviour, emotional wellbeing, and confidence
• Developing hands-on experience in inclusive, student-focused teaching approaches

We're Looking for Someone Who:

• Holds a degree in any discipline and is motivated by impact, not just income
• Brings empathy, patience, and strong interpersonal skills
• Has experience working with children or young people - or feels naturally suited to it
• Is adaptable, reflective, and eager to learn
• Doesn't need formal teaching qualifications - just dedication and heart
