Role: Primary Teaching Assistant

Contract: Full-Time, Term-Time Only
Salary: Up to £650 a week

The role:
We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team in September 2025.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and is looking to develop their career in education.

Key responsibilities:

• Support pupils in achieving their learning goals, both individually and in small groups
• Assist the class teacher in preparing and delivering high-quality, engaging lessons
• Help manage pupil behaviour in line with school's policies.
• Provide targeted support for pupils with additional needs, including those with SEN and EAL
• Support children's emotional and social development promoting positive relationships
• Contribute to the wider school community and participate in relevant training and development opportunities.

We're looking for:

• A positive, proactive attitude with a genuine passion for working with children
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Some prior experience working with children in a school or similar setting is desirable
• A relevant Level 2 or 3 TA qualification is an advantage but not essential
