Key Responsibilities: Making a Difference

As a Primary Teaching Assistant, your core responsibilities include:

  • Providing essential in-class support to pupils, individually or in small groups.

  • Collaborating effectively with teaching staff, sharing observations and contributing to planning.

Essential Requirements: What We're Looking For

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience as a Primary Teaching Assistant.

  • Experience in Early Years (EYFS) or Key Stage 1 (KS1).

  • Ability to manage challenging situations with calm and empathy.

  • A current enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one.
