Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons across the primary curriculum.

• Provide support to students in both individual and group settings, promoting inclusive learning.

• Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.

• Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters student engagement and well-being.

• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to support student development.

• Participate in school events and contribute to the wider school community.

Required Qualifications:

• Relevant qualification in education or child development (e.g., Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification).

• Experience working with primary-aged children, preferably in a school setting.

• Strong understanding of the primary curriculum and child development.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Commitment to promoting inclusive education and supporting students with diverse needs.

• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
