Randstad is looking for a patient and empathetic Teaching Assistant to work full-time at a passionate school in Stockport where the emphasis is placed on growing, learning and fulfilling the potential of every child. You'll get to work at a school whose aim is to create a secure and inspiring environment for every child.

Responsibilities:

• Promote the inclusion and acceptance of all pupils.
• Encourage pupils to interact and work cooperatively with others and engage all pupils in activities.
• Provide feedback to pupils in relation to progress and achievement.
• Contribute to the overall ethos/work/aims of the school.

Requirements

• Enhanced child DBS (we can also help you with the process if you don't possess one)
• Experience with children
• Patience to support pupils to understand the teacher's lessons and engage children with activities planned by the teacher.
• Actively work with teachers and parents to chart the development of students.
• Eligibility to work in the UK ( No Sponsorships Provided )
