You will work closely with class teachers to support children across the curriculum, helping them to thrive both academically and socially.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-to-one and small group support across a range of subjects
• Assist in delivering engaging, age-appropriate lessons
• Support pupils emotional and behavioural development
• Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Assist with classroom preparation and general admin tasks
• Collaborate with teaching staff and other professionals to support pupil progress
• Promote equal opportunities and safeguard the welfare of all pupils
• Uphold the school's policies on behaviour, safeguarding and inclusion

What we are looking for:

• Be a newly qualified or experienced Teaching Assistant
• Hold an enhanced DBS on the update service
• Have an empathetic and proactive approach
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Right to work in the UK
