Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Year 6 Teacher to join our outstanding team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to our Year 6 students, preparing them for their transition to secondary school. You will be expected to create engaging lesson plans, assess student progress, and contribute to the wider school community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the national curriculum.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and carers to support student development.
• Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Proven experience teaching Year 6 or upper primary.
• Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
