Position: Year 6 Teacher
Job Type: Temporary (Approx. 2 months) - 5 days a week
Location: Guildford
Salary: Daily £130-£190 per day.

Are you an experienced Year 6 teacher looking for a short-term commitment in a vibrant and supportive school environment? Reed Education is seeking a dedicated teacher to join this lovely School from the week before May half term until the end of the summer term in mid-July. With SATs already completed, you'll have the freedom to focus on delivering engaging lessons without the pressure of assessments.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons to Year 6 students.
• Prepare and use educational materials that stimulate learning and meet curriculum goals.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to help students improve.
• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports student well-being.
• Collaborate with other teaching staff to plan and coordinate activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• QTS or equivalent.
• Experience teaching in upper key stages, specifically Year 6.
• Strong understanding of the current curriculum and teaching methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage and inspire students.
