Location: Loughborough
Hours: Monday - Wednesday 6am - 18pm (May occasionally be asked to cover night shift 6pm - 6am)
Duration: Temp ongoing
Payrate: £12.90 - £13.50ph

We are seeking a motivated and reliable print assistantto support the daily operations of our clients Print department. Based in Loughborough, you’ll work closely with the Printer and wider team to ensure the smooth, efficient, and high-quality running of print machines.
This is a hands-on opportunity ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail, a proactive attitude, and a passion for production excellence.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assisting the Printer with setup and operation of Conventional Print machines
• Ensuring all health & safety procedures are strictly followed
• Supporting efficient machine changeovers and reel usage
• Maintaining and cleaning ancillary equipment
• Monitoring and recording production quality data
• Minimising ink/base waste through process improvements
• Ensuring compliance with production schedules and quality standards
• Communicating effectively during shift handovers

What We’re Looking For

• A team player with strong communication skills
• Motivated to work with minimal supervision
• Flexible and adaptable to meet daily challenges
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes
• Excellent attention to detail
• Previous experience in a print or production environment (preferred)
