• Location: Hampshire area

• Duration: 3-month ongoing contract

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Join a multidisciplinary healthcare team working within a secure environment to deliver vital mental health support to patients in custody. In this role, you will:

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments and provide 1:1 interventions

• Manage a caseload of service users with a variety of mental health needs

• Support medication administration, crisis care, and safeguarding processes

• Collaborate with prison officers, GPs, psychiatrists, and external agencies

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold best practice standards

This is an ideal opportunity for a Band 6 RMN with prior prison experience looking for a consistent and rewarding contract.

• Current and valid NMC registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse

• Essential: Active prison clearance and previous custodial healthcare experience

• Strong understanding of secure mental health services and clinical risk

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle required

This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. The contract is initially for 3 months ongoing, with a high likelihood of extension based on performance and service need.
