Private Client Locum Solicitor – Somerset, £Competitive DOE, Hybrid, September Start

Start Date: Week commencing 2nd September 2025
Contract: Locum – Ongoing until permanent hire is made
Location: At least 1 day per week in Somerset (hybrid working may be considered)

We are seeking an experienced Private Client Locum Solicitor to join a respected regional firm in Somerset. This is a senior-level locum position, covering the role of a departing team member from mid-September, with the assignment continuing on an ongoing basis while permanent recruitment is underway.

The Role:
You will manage a varied caseload of private client work, including:
• Drafting Wills
• Preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPA)
• Handling Court of Protection and Attorneyship matters
• Managing Estate administration and probate files

Requirements:
• A qualified solicitor with significant Private Client experience (ideally 5+ PQE)
• Able to work independently and hit the ground running
• Experience using Leap (CRM) is highly desirable
• Comfortable working with secretarial support
• Available to start early September
