What You’ll Be Doing:
Join our team as a Locum Occupational Therapist and make a meaningful difference in the lives of elderly residents living with complex needs. In this role, you will:

• Perform comprehensive assessments for patients with falls, dementia, frailty, and rehabilitation needs

• Create and implement personalised care and rehabilitation plans

• Deliver evidence-based treatments to promote independence and well-being

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic, person-centred care

• Maintain clear, accurate patient records in line with best practice standards

Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A current and valid HCPC registration

• Proven experience in elderly care, falls prevention, dementia support, and frailty rehabilitation

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a care home setting

• A passion for improving quality of life for older adults

Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This role offers flexible scheduling with availability needed on weekdays. The contract is ongoing with a strong potential for extension based on performance and service needs.
