• Duration: Minimum 3 months

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

• Rate of Pay: £26 - £34 per hour (via Umbrella)

Join our team as a Clinical Pharmacist and play a key role in improving the lives of patients in gynaecology wards, care of the elderly, and rehab wards. In this role, you will:
? Perform comprehensive patient medication reviews
? Provide expert clinical advice to healthcare teams
? Deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes
? Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care
? Maintain accurate patient records and ensure medication safety

To be successful in this role, you will need:
? A current and valid GPhC registration
? Prior ward-based experience in a hospital setting
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills
? The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
? A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
