Private Hospital - Pharmacist required - Hertfordshire - May shifts

Are you a Pharmacist looking for a rewarding locum role in Hertfordshire? We have an exciting opportunity with a private hospital service.

• Job Title: Locum Pharmacist Band 6
• Location: St Albans/Hatfield (Private)
• Duration: May 2025 (with potential for extension)
• Schedule: 9am - 5pm, 30 mins lunch (various May dates, can be seen below)
• Start Date: 8th May 2025
• End Date: 28th May 2025
• Rate of Pay: £25 - £31 per hour (via Umbrella)

Join our team as a Locum Pharmacist and play a key role in supporting surgical ward patients within a private hospital setting.

In this role, you will:

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments

• Create and implement personalised care plans

• Deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care

• Maintain accurate patient records

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A current and valid GPhC registration

• Experience working in ward-based or inpatient hospital settings (surgical experience ideal)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team

• A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

This role offers flexible working and requires availability on the following dates:

• 8th May
• 9th May
• 19th - 23rd May
• 27th - 28th May

Further shifts may become available depending on internal staffing.
