Join a leading acute team and play a key role in supporting complex neuro rehabilitation patients. In this role, you will:

• Perform comprehensive assessments within acute neuro rehabilitation

• Create and implement personalised care and rehabilitation plans

• Deliver evidence-based interventions to optimise patient outcomes

• Support surgical, medical, and discharge planning pathways

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Current and valid HCPC registration

• Proven experience within an acute hospital setting

• Strong neuro rehabilitation experience across surgical, medical, and discharge planning

• Excellent communication and MDT collaboration skills

• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload efficiently

This is a full-time locum role with flexibility on start dates and strong potential for extension based on performance and service need.
