Process Assistant Newport

Berry Recruitment is working closely with a client based in Newport to find an experienced Administrator. This contract will be initially until the December 2025 with a potential extension. Alongside that your working hours would be anything from 8am until 6pm Monday to Friday.

Salary - £12.60per hour. - weekly pay

The Administrator will be responsible for:

• Ensuring all data is maintained and up to date on the files.

• Contribute to the delivery of a high-quality Finance Service to multiple clients

• Maintaining all the records for audit purposes.

• Liaise confidently with internal stakeholders/colleagues to ensure cases are brought to a satisfactory conclusion.
• Support line management with any additional tasks as and when required.

The successful Administrator will have:

• Previous Customer Service experience/ basic experience in payroll.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Good attention to detail and a problem solver.
• Previous experience in using Microsoft 365.
