Monday to Friday – 6am–2pm / 2pm–10pm (weekly rotation)

We’re recruiting for a Process Operative for an industry leading UK manufacturer producing innovative comfort materials used in household products. No experience is needed — full training provided.

The Role:

• Operate production machinery safely (training provided)
• Perform regular quality checks to ensure correct specifications
• Input machine settings and change blades when required
• Use SAP system to scan and book finished stock
• Accurately complete shift paperwork and order records
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

What We’re Looking For:

• No experience required – full training given
• Must be numerate and literate due to paperwork and stock handling
• Reliable and comfortable working on a rotating shift pattern
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
