Procurement Associate - 12 Month Fixed-Term Contract
Weybridge, Surrey | £33,500 | 37.5 Hours per Week

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Procurement Associate to join a global organisation on a 12-month fixed-term contract based in Weybridge. This role offers the chance to develop procurement expertise in a busy, collaborative environment.

About the Role
You will support the procurement function in managing end-to-end sourcing processes with third-party vendors. The role involves ensuring compliance with company procurement policies and procedures, working within the SAP system, and supporting category leads with a range of procurement activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and complete P2P sourcing processes in SAP, ensuring compliance with procurement guidelines.
• Assist category leads with procurement activities such as tenders, contract management, and supplier performance.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders across departments and maintain strong relationships with external suppliers.
• Support month-end close activities and prepare documentation for internal and external audits.
• Provide weekly procurement updates and handle ad hoc procurement-related tasks.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree and 2-3 years' procurement or supply chain experience.
• Strong computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work well under pressure.
• Legally eligible to work in the United Kingdom.

Desirable

• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics).
• CIPS Level 3 or 4 qualification, or currently studying towards it.
