Excellent opportunity for a procurement professional to join an international company on an exciting new lifetime extension project for a power plant over the next 18-months.

In this role the successful candidate will be responsible for full end to end tendering, contract negotiation and liaising with technical staff and suppliers to support the power plant's lifetime extension project. The role will be fully office-based in Plymouth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement and their CIPS Level 4 qualification. They will also need to have contract law knowledge allowing them to review clauses and experience within a heavy engineering sector. They will need to be commutable to Plymouth 5-days a week.

This role provides an excellent opportunity to become an integral part in a business' ongoing success, assisting on a large new project in a dynamic environment, working alongside an established and experienced team.

The Role:

* Responsible for full end to end tendering, contract negotiation and liaising with technical staff and suppliers
* Supporting the power plant's lifetime extension project
* Minimum 18-months contract length
* Office-based in Plymouth
* Inside IR35

The Person:

* Experienced within procurement
* CIPS Level 4 qualification
* Experienced working within a heavy engineering sector
* Knowledge of contract law and able to review clauses
* Commutable to Plymouth
