Procurement Support Officer

Contract Period: May 2025 to 30 September 2025, with a high likelihood of extension following tasking approval.

Location: On-site in Corsham approximately three days per week, with the option to work from home two days per week.

Security Requirements:

• Minimum SC clearance held and in place
• British National, or dual with one part British with no caveats on clearance

Job Summary: We are looking for an ambitious, energetic, and motivated individual to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in procuring high-value space assets within a major portfolio. You will contribute to the successful completion of complex procurement to support our clients strategic communication needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support in responding to Clarification Questions from bidders
• Act as an Evaluator for ITN responses by bidders
• Lead on updates to the Draft Contract for contract signature
• Support the management of the contractor, including leading on contract change elements and supporting progress monitoring and reporting

Skills and Qualifications:

Essential:

• Experience in complex public sector procurements, preferably in a military context
• Knowledge and experience of working within PCR 2015 regulations
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
