Atrium EMEA is looking for an accomplished Product Designer for a London based client. The Product Designer will take broad, conceptual ideas and turn them into useful and valuable product features for the employees. Design flows, experiences and final designs that simplify and distill down complex actions into usable interfaces, for an internal product.

You will be required in the office 3 days a week. 2 days WFH. PAYE/ Inside IR35.

Essential:

• Experience building and shipping multiple features that are broad/ambiguous in scope and encompass an end-to-end experience across a variety of platforms.
• Interaction design experience with knowledge to define how an experience should behave based on understanding people's needs, plus consideration of how this product will scale.
• Use appropriate prototyping tools to demonstrate how a particular flow or interaction will work.
• Visual design experience with proficiency in typography, desktop/mobile UI, color, layout, iconography and aesthetic sense and how these elements impact product function.
• Being able to work independently with cross functional teams
• Work across web (predominantly) and mobile
• Product Designer will look at how can it be improved for internal use, attending meetings, roadmap, head research, design, review with engineers, work on production with engineers.
• Internal tools are powered by AI, a keen interest in AI would help.
• Front end development, helpful
• Design tools - Figma, AI driven-tools (good to have)
• Experience on Communication tools, chat products, collab tools
• Monday.com or other productivity, communication tools.
