This is a key leadership role within a global engineering organisation, focused on driving automation, improving platform resilience, and building high-performing engineering teams. The Role You will lead a product engineering pod, providing SME engineering support for vendor-backed platforms that underpin critical IT services. You will take full ownership of delivery from demand intake and prioritisation through to execution and reporting, while also playing a key role in uplifting engineering capability, standards, and ways of working across the team. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, delivery, and platform improvement, with a strong focus on performance, automation, and operational excellence.
