Product Owner

Our leading Financial Services client is seeking a highly experienced Product Owner to join their team on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and shape the product roadmap for digital banking experiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the end-to-end customer journey.
• Translate customer needs and business goals into clear user stories and prioritised backlogs.
• Drive continuous improvement in online banking features and functionality.
• Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring digital solutions deliver real value.

Required Skillsets:

• Proven experience as a Product Owner in online or digital banking.
• Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and optimisation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
