Product Owner - CRM Transformation

JOB DETAILS
- £500 PER DAY
- OUTSIDE IR35
- 2-3 DAYS PER WEEK ON-SITE
- 6-MONTH CONTRACT

SKILLS
- Strong understanding of CRM business processes across sales and marketing.
- Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
- Experience in facilitating sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retros.
- Experience in CRM platforms e.g. SalesForce, D365, HubSpot.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strong communication skills with key stakeholders, clients and senior management.
- Translating high-level strategic requirements into clear user stories and delivery roadmaps.
- Collaborating with the CRM Technical team, developers and 3rd party vendors to deliver business requirements.
