UK Based, occasional travel to London

£500 - £650 a day via umbrella

6 months initially with intent to extend

1 or 2 days a month on site in London

We're looking for an experienced hands on Product Owner / Product manager to work on a new project for our well-known retail client. They are migrating their transactional communications to a new system.

You will lead discovery for the first 6 months and with a team, deliver over the following year.

An opportunity to work for a major brand on a long-term contract and deliver a fantastic project, working with talented colleagues. You'll impact millions of customers. You'll lead end-to-end replaced of the communications platform from a Product Owner persepctive.

Skills and Experience

• Proven delivery of large-scale platform replacements - migrations in communications, CRM, or similar would be highly desirable
• Likely on the tehcnial, back-end side of Product
• Experience in a large, complex environment, ideally retail or similar
• Hands-on experience with the discovery phase of a project
• Hands-on experience with delivery
• Excellent stakeholder management - able to bridge technical and business teams.
• Familiarity with governance, compliance, and ensuring operational continuity during platform transitions.
