Full Job Description
As a Production Warehouse Assembly Operative, you will be an integral part of a small, dynamic team of four, working collaboratively to assemble high-quality lighting products. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will help us create products that brighten up homes and businesses alike!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble lighting products according to specifications and quality standards
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production flow
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines
• Flexibility to adapt to changing shifts when needed

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in a production or assembly role is highly desirable
• Any electrical knowledge or experience would be a big bonus! ?
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Ability to work well in a small team environment
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges

Working Hours:

• Full-time position, Monday to Friday
• Standard hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (flexibility required for potential shift change to 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM)

Pay and Contract Details:

• Competitive hourly rate of £12.21
• Temporary position with the possibility of a permanent contract after 12 weeks, based on performance and business needs
