Production / Manufacturing Operative

X3 Production / Manufacturing Operatives Required

Region: Staffordshire ST13

We are currently recruiting for x3 staff for our client based in ST13, Staffordshire. Ideally, applicants should have experience within a busy manufacturing industry. Experienced in operating Agricultural plant (Loading Shovel, Telehandler, FLT Counterbalance) experience would be advantageous to handle bulk products, but training will be provided for suitable candidates.

What we are looking for:

• Experienced in operating Agricultural plant such as (Loading Shovel, Telehandler, FLT Counterbalance)
• Working with in a manufacturing Environment
• Ideal from a farming background or Quarry Background
• Handling of raw materials
• Operating machine - cookers and crushers

Rate of Pay: £13.50 per hour
Over Time: X1.5 Monday - Saturday X2 Sundays.

Minimum requirements for Production Operator

• Production / Manufacturing Experience
• FLT / Telehandler Experience
• Methodical Mindset
• Own transport - due to location

Hours of Work:
There are 3 Shift Patterns Available:

Shift 1:
Working hours are 4 x Day Shift, 48 hours per week, days of work Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday each week. Hours of work are 06:00-18:00.

Shift 2:
Working hours are 4 x Night Shifts (4 on / 4 off). Average 42 hours per wee
Including weekends on rotation. Hours of work are 18:00-06:00.

Shift 3:
Working hours are 4 x Day Shift, 48 hours per week, days of work, Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Monday each week. Hours of work are 06:00-18:00.
