Contract: Temp-to-perm

Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (30-minute unpaid lunch)

Friday: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Salary £12.21 per hour

Our client is seeking a motivated Production Operative to join their Broadstairs-based team on a temp-to-perm basis.

The Role:

As a Production Operative, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring high-quality production standards and on-time delivery of goods. Working closely with the Production Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Manufacturing products to precise dimensions and quality standards.
• Checking all stock and profiles for quality, promptly reporting any issues.
• Ensuring orders are processed accurately and dispatched on schedule.
• Keeping the team informed about production progress and any challenges.
• Assisting across different areas of production as needed.
• Maintaining cleanliness and adhering to Health & Safety standards.
• Participating in stock takes and occasional overtime when required.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong manual skills with the ability to work on your feet and lift materials.
• A proactive, flexible, and solution-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Good numeracy and basic IT skills (a numeracy test will be part of the interview process).
• Attention to detail and excellent time management.
