Production Operative (PM Shift)
Location: Kingswinford
Shift: Monday to Friday, 2pm – 10pm
Pay: £12.77 – £13.27 per hour (DOE)

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established steel manufacturer in Kingswinford, seeking Production Operatives to join their PM shift team. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to develop their skills and grow within a supportive, long-term role. Key Responsibilities:

• Operating machinery to process and finish steel products
• Loading/unloading materials and maintaining workflow
• Conducting quality checks and adhering to production standards
• Maintaining a safe and tidy work environment
• Working as part of a team to meet production targets

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment (steel or heavy industry experience desirable)
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety and quality
• Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• Good timekeeping and reliability
