Job Description - Production Operative

Join Our Team as a Production Operative in 2025!

Daventry - NN11
Monday to Friday
Full-time (Monday - Thursday 7am - 5:15pm & Friday 7am - 1pm)
£13.50 per hour
Temporary to Permanent (After 12 successful weeks)

ACS Staffing Solutions is excited to be recruiting for Production Operatives to join our client’s team in 2025! With over 50 years of expertise in the fabricated metal products industry, our client serves a diverse range of sectors including automotive, agriculture, bus, and yellow truck goods, as well as general engineering.

Key Responsibilities as a Production Operative:
  • Material Handling
  • Assembling Components
  • Drilling and Sawing
  • Preserving
  • Semi-Automatic Brazing of Assemblies
  • Spot Welding
  • Setting and Operating Tapping Machine
  • Operating Robotic Welder
  • Pressure Testing Components (Hydrostatic and Air Under Water)
What We’re Looking For in a Production Operative:
  • Self-Motivated Individuals: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Positive Attitude: Bring a good attitude to a collaborative team environment.
  • Attention to Detail: Methodical and precise in your work.
