Job Title: Production Operative
Location: East Cowes, Isle of Wight
Job Type: Full-Time, Temporary on-going
Salary: £12.21 per hour
Hours: 3pm-11pm

About the RoleWe are currently seeking reliable and motivated Production Operatives to join our client based in East Cowes. This is a hands-on role in a busy production environment, ideal for someone who enjoys practical work and being part of a close-knit team.

Key Responsibilities

Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
Assemble, inspect, and package products to quality standards
Maintain a clean and organised work area
Follow health & safety procedures at all times
Assist with general warehouse and production duties as required

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in a production or manufacturing role (preferred but not essential)
Good attention to detail and a positive attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
