Job Description - Production Operative

Production Operative – Shoe Components
Kettering
£12.21 per hour

Hours:

Monday to Thursday: 06:45 – 16:00
Friday: 06:45 – 13:00

Job Description:
We are recruiting for a reliable and hard-working Production Operative to join our client’s team in Kettering. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established manufacturer of shoe components, specialising in the production of high-quality shoe soles.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting in the production and assembly of shoe soles
Operating machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
Ensuring all products meet quality standards
Always following health and safety procedures
Keeping the work area clean and organised
Supporting the team with general production duties as required

Requirements:

Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred but not essential
Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
Ability to work on your feet for extended periods
Willingness to learn and take direction
Punctual, reliable, and committed to long-term work
