Location: Thetford, Norfolk
Type: Full-Time, Temporary
Salary: £12.21 per hour
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 6:45 AM to 5:15 PM (overtime opportunities available)

Job Description:
The Assembly Operative will be responsible for assembling a range of products according to company standards and specifications during a busy period. This temporary role requires attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately assemble components and products according to detailed instructions and diagrams.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet established standards.
• Operate tools and machinery safely and effectively.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
• Report any defects or issues to the supervisor promptly.
• Assist in packaging and labeling of finished products.
• Support the team with additional tasks as required.

Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in an assembly or manufacturing environment is preferred but not essential.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations in a manufacturing setting.
