Production Operatives - Ledbury
£12.25 per hour | Overtime: £15.32 | Temp-to-Perm | Immediate Start

We’re recruiting Production Operatives for a well-established food packing site in Ledbury. This is a 12-week temp-to-perm role with immediate starts available.

Shifts (rotating weekly, Monday to Friday):

Morning: 05:30/06:00 - 14:00

Afternoon: 14:00 - 22:30

Key Responsibilities:

• Packing and handling food products in a fast-paced production facility
• Maintaining hygiene standards in line with food safety regulations
• General production tasks: loading, weighing, labelling
• Working efficiently as part of a team

Please note: This role is based in a chilled goods environment - candidates must be comfortable working in cold conditions. Full PPE and warm protective clothing are provided.
