Production Operative

Job Title: Production Operative Are you a reliable and enthusiastic individual looking for a full-time contract opportunity in a fast-paced production environment? Do you have experience operating machinery such as mixers and fillers? We are seeking a skilled Production Operative to join our team in Hindley Green, Wigan, and we want to hear from you! As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for the manufacturing process of high-performance construction materials and products. Your key responsibilities will include: * Blending and filling operation of mixers * Operating machinery and production equipment safely and efficiently * Following detailed instructions and specifications to meet production targets * Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet required standards * Assisting in the setup and changeover of machinery * Reporting any equipment faults or production issues to the supervisor This is a fantastic opportunity to secure full-time hours Monday to Friday, working a standard 38 hour week with an immediate start available. You will be paid £15.66 per hour (PAYE equivalent £13.35 inclusive of holiday). The successful candidate will have experience with machine operation such as fillers, packing, and wrapping. You will also need to demonstrate an awareness of health and safety in the workplace and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
