Supplying high-quality hose and ducting solutions across multiple sectors. Based in Birmingham, their central location allows them to offer fast delivery on stocked items and rapid turnaround on custom orders.

The Role:
A Production Operative will be using a range of machinery involved in hose and ducting production, including:

• CNC-controlled cutters and coilers
• Extrusion lines and hydraulic presses
• Manual handling and trimming tools

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery
• Read and follow technical plans and drawings
• Minimise material waste and ensure a high-quality finish
• Accurately maintain stock control systems and production records
• Handle materials in line with health & safety standards
• Support product changeovers and continuous improvement processes

About You:
We're seeking a motivated, reliable individual with:

• At least 12 months' production operative experience
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Confidence reading drawings/specifications
• A basic level of PC literacy
• An organised and safety-conscious approach

Previous experience in hose, ducting, rubber, or plastics manufacturing is highly desirable.
