We are currently seeking a Production Operative with Counterbalance forklift experience to join my client s growing production team. This is a hands-on, varied role for someone who is practical, reliable, and takes pride in their work.

As part of our busy and friendly team, you will assemble a range of products using hand and power tools, assist with picking, packing, and despatching customer orders, and operate a counterbalance forklift truck to support workflow and logistics across the production area.

Production Operative with Forklift, Key Responsibilities:

• Assembly of company products according to manufacturing instructions
• Picking and packing products ready for despatch
• Safe operation of a counterbalance forklift truck
• Ensuring cleanliness and organisation of the production area
• Monitoring and reporting any component shortages

Production Operative with Forklift, What We re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a production and/or warehouse environment
• Valid counterbalance forklift licence
• Strong team player with a proactive and flexible attitude
• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Able to work under pressure and meet daily deadlines
