The Hours You’ll Work;

• Permanent day shift
• 07.00am till 17.00pm Monday to Thursday

• MTrec are currently recruiting for a well-established manufacturing firm based in the North Shields area.

The Job You’ll Do;

• Daily meetings with the team leader or supervisor.
• General manufacturing duties.
• Setting up machinery and following SOP’s.
• Accurately recording data and checking first offs.
• Loading large raw materials into production machinery.
• Manual handling duties including packing and moving finished goods.
• Driving stock between their sites.
• Should have working knowledge of all production departments and understand the systems used.
• To help prioritise workloads within the department / designated production area.
• Maintain the company’s health & safety standards at all times.
• To follow all legal and company requirements to the use of forklifts in production (if applicable).

About You;

• Used to working in a fast paced production environment.
• Focused on quality and able to produce products to a high standard.
• Working either independently or within a team.
• Be consistent, accurate and ensure that procedures are followed.
• Physically fit as some products are heavy.
