gap personnel Exeter are on the lookout for Production Packers to join a busy and growing manufacturing site in Paignton – accessible via major local bus routes!

What you’ll be doing:

• Packing products directly off high-speed machines
• Performing visual quality checks to ensure top standards
• Labelling and palletising finished goods
• Reporting any issues with production or machinery to your supervisor
• Following strict packaging standards, including BRC Global Standards

What we’re looking for:

• A sharp eye for detail
• Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing/packing environment (preferred)
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Dependability and the ability to work to deadlines
• Reliable transport to/from site

Hours & Pay:

Pay: £12.21 per hour | £18.31 per hour after 38.5 hours, Shifts: Mon–Thurs 07:30–16:30, Fri 07:30–15:00 (training)
Then moving to rotating shifts: 06:00–14:00 & 14:00–22:00, Pay: £14.16 per hour
