Production Welder

A Production Welder is required for a manufacturing company based in Alcester.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret fabrication drawings
• Weld mild steel from 1mm to 15mm thickness
• Set up and adjust welding machines as required
• Identify and report any potential issues with profiles
• Grind and polish finished goods to a high standard
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment

Requirements:

• Proven experience in welding and fabrication
• Ability to work from technical drawings
• Good attention to detail
• Must pass a practical weld test as part of the selection process

Hours:

• Monday to Thursday 06:00-15:00
• Friday 06:00-11:00

Pay:

• From £14.32 per hour
