Location: Bridport

Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Thursday (Fridays off!)

Pay: £12.56 per hour

Contract: Temporary ongoing (temp to perm for the right candidate)

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Production Operative to join our team in a full-time temporary role, working with industrial sewing machines and manual manufacturing processes.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Operating and maintaining industrial sewing machines.
• Supporting other manual industrial production tasks.
• Performing quality checks on finished products.
• General manufacturing duties as needed.
• Keeping your workspace clean, safe, and efficient.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with inducstrial sewing machines (training available).
• A good eye for detail and a hands-on attitude.
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
• Willing to learn and grow with the business.
