Position: Temporary Receptionist
Location: Poole
Contract Type: Temporary
Working Pattern: Full Time (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch break)

What You'll Do:
As our Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors. Your daily tasks will include:

• Answering phone calls with a warm and welcoming tone
• Meeting and greeting clients, and offering refreshments
• Taking accurate notes during calls and sending follow-up emails
• Keeping the reception area tidy and smart at all times
